LYSO Scintillator Description

Cerium doped Lutetium Yttrium Silicate scintillation crystal (LYSO Ce scintillator) is an ideal generation scintillator crystal. Ce doped LYSO scintillator has the advantages of high light output and density, quick decay time, excellent energy resolution. These properties make LYSO crystal an ideal candidate for a range of nuclear medicine applications in PET, PET/CT, PET/MRI, MR-PET, nuclear physics and nuclear medicine, which require higher, improved timing resolution and superior energy resolution.
